College Football 1-A Champion & Bowls
Opinion (Bias) is the ruin of the BCS.The NCAA needs to assign teams to bowls, including the best 2 teams that compete for the national title.
The $ will follow the exciting (best) teams as they play in bowls.
The 3 unbiased calculations are: Points, Wins, and 1/2 of each.
Example: Ohio State (Rose Bowl) hosts Louisville (who was cheated).
USC hosts Texas (at 2nd Pac-10 bowl).
LSU (Sugar Bowl) hosts..
Unbiased available info is by Sagarin (USA Today):
Points is called Predictor.
Wins is called Elo-Chess.
1/2 of each is called Rating.
The next steps are petitions and pressure. The Constitution forbids anti-trust, monopoly, and collusion.

What about other objective measurements such as stats. Points and wins aren't the only things that can measured.
Pattern recognition could be used to predict winning and losing from stats.
